Apprentice Baker

Bakers Delight is seeking Apprentice Bakers to join Bakers Delight Murwillumbah.

A number of opportunities exist for apprentices who are yet to commence their training, as well as opportunities for those who are currently undertaking a baking apprenticeship.

In your baking apprenticeship, you will work toward:

- Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs
- Supporting the Qualified Baker, Production Manager and Bakery manager in all areas of the production space
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS standards
- Actively participating in your Apprenticeship with all required training completed within appropriate time frames
- Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required

To be successful you will possess the following skills/attributes:

- Passion for baking
- Willingness to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Keen learning ability
- Ability to complete training modules to a satisfactory standard
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Desire to become a trade qualified baker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
