**About the Austin Health Pharmacy Department**

The Pharmacy Department provides comprehensive high-quality care to Austin Health patients and supports other members of the healthcare team in all aspects of medicines management.

**About the role**

As a pharmacy technician you will join our friendly and dynamic Pharmacy Department and work with our team to provide a variety of services, including dispensing medicines, medication distribution and inventory management, assist in manufacturing activities, and supporting pharmacists in the provision of clinical services.

**About you**

You will be someone with good communication and interpersonal skills, who is comfortable working in a team environment.

You’ll further have:

- Satisfactorily completed a relevant certificate in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician) course awarded by a registered training organisation or equivalent qualification (including students undertaking their Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy)
- Accuracy and efficiency in medication management processes
