Hailing from a humble beginning in Bronte 10 years ago, we have since embarked on ambitious and rewarding ventures in Byron Bay in 2015, Rosebery in 2016, more recently Brisbane in 2018 and Melbourne in 2020. Although each of our locations differ greatly in aesthetic their philosophy and ethos remains very much the same. Three Blue Ducks are looking for a talented and experienced Reservation & Group booking Assistant for our growing reservation team. Due to the growth of the operations which moves to 6 restaurants we need further help on the day to day admin of running the business.

**Our next reservations team member must have...**
- Past experience in a similar role is a **MUST**
- Extremely organised and driven in setting up systems and solving problems.
- Experience with Microsoft office, website management and/or reservations systems.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- A strong focus on service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear anticipation of guests needs.
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team.
