The Gordon is looking for a
**Security and Risk Coordinator **to lead the organisation in security and security risk management including the ongoing development and maintenance of security processes, policies, and procedures. Key responsibilities also include overseeing access control, CCTV, physical security, security key management and infrastructure improvements, risk assessments, car parking, personal safety, and educational initiatives.

**Skills & attributes for success in this role**
- Certificate IV in Security, Risk and/or Management or demonstrated competence through experience in a similar role
- Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Emergency Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively and harmoniously
- Experience in providing after-hours responses to facilities and security issues
- A current Security Licence or willingness to obtain one

**Salary**: $83,518 to $91,435 p.a. plus Superannuation
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate_.
