Tax Assistant

**Responsibilities for the position**:

- Comfortable interacting with all levels of walk in and out of state clients. Work with the clients to ensure client work is completed within the given time frame allocated.
- Liaise with various statutory authorities Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients.
- Demonstrated experience in Tax accounting including Tax technical, advisory and tax disputes work.
- Preparation of Tax Return (for all entities) BAS for individuals, partnerships, companies and trust along with the good understanding of current accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping for all entities.
- Taxable payment annual report for all entities.
- Flexible and responsive, able to work within the tight deadlines
- Above average PC skills using excel and other accounting or Tax software products.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills along with the ability to multitask and manage your time along with assisting senior Tax consultants.
- Ad hoc duties.

**Working hours - Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)**

Full-time working right is must.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
