The workload is consistent and therefore ongoing full-time hours can be provided. Part time and casual work also available if required. Cope Ag strives itself on a family/ work life balance.

A pre-employment medical may be conducted. Drivers History report also required for driving vehicles.

Full uniform provided upon employment.

**Responsibilities**
- Working in accordance with Cope Ag policy and procedures and participating in consultation regarding risks, hazards and other OH&S issues.
- Completing the required documentation to maintain quality and safety within the business.
- Deliver projects and maintenance services in a safe and timely manner in accordance with Cope Ag and client requirements.
- Ability to liaise with Site Supervisors and other trades confidently
- Read Site plans, CAD drawings and measure accurately
- To operate plant/ machinery/ equipment if applicable competently, efficiently, and safely to ensure satisfactory completion of works,
- Helping other skilled workers and operators where necessary
- General labouring duties

**Qualifications**
- We require skilled labourers who have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the civil construction industry to work on a variety of jobs from constructing pedestrian bridges and boardwalks, to minor maintenance.
- A sound knowledge in the safe use of power tools.

**Required**:

- Must hold a current driver license with minimum medium rigid preferrable.
- Construction Induction Card (Red/ White) required.
- Previous Civil construction experience.

**Desirable**
- Forklift (High Risk Licence)
- Traffic Control tickets
- Mobile Plant (excavator, telehandler, crane operation) experience
- Welding experience/ qualifications
- First Aid Certificate
- Other high risk licenses (working at heights, confined spaces, dogging, rigging, spotter)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
