**Barista - Leible Coffee**

Are you a passionate barista ready to take your skills to the next level in the specialty coffee scene? Leible Coffee is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead workflow, delegate tasks to all-rounders, and help keep the café humming smoothly during the daily rush.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Craft consistently high-quality espresso, batch brew, and filter coffee
- Maintain precise extractions and uphold drink quality every time
- Proactively manage order flow and reduce wait times
- Oversee the bench area, keeping it clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate with clarity and care when handling customer concerns
- Support team collaboration to ensure seamless café operations
- Keep the café tidy and inviting throughout service
- Follow recipes and standards with discipline and pride
- Clean and maintain group heads, portafilters, and equipment regularly

- Experience as a barista in a busy, fast-paced café
- Confident communication and top-notch customer service skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of consistency
- Ability to stay cool, organized, and efficient under pressure

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.23 - $58.66 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
