**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Manager to become an integral member of our Audit & Assurance Division. Your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of key clients, and lead and develop a team of staff to perform at their optimum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manager a portfolio of SW audit clients.
- Provide leadership, support and resources to team members to empower them to perform to their maximum capacity.
- Plan and organise staff and resources to meet client and firm commitments.
- Identify and develop existing and potential business opportunities.
- Make judgments about the long-term profitability/viability of clients and act accordingly.
- Meet Key Firm Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as team productivity, fees, write-offs, number of new clients, work in progress and Debtors.
- Research, write, update and review sections of the firm’s publications.
- Coordinate internal training sessions for Assistant Managers, Seniors, Intermediates and Graduates.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- 5 - 10 years’ experience working in an Assurance environment in a Chartered / CPA accounting practice.
- Fully qualified CA/CPA.
- Technically proficient and up to date with auditing and accounting standards developments.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet audit deadlines for multiple clients.
- Excellent staff leadership skills and prior experience in managing a group of people.
- Present professionally and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
