Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a **Bar Attendant,** integral to providing support to the team at the high-profile site **Victoria Barracks (Paddington). **Join the small, dedicated team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Utilise your beverage service skills and knowledge, serving high ranking Defence members
- Drive exceptional customer service to a prestigious customer base
- Point of sale operation and precise stock taking
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are applied daily
- Customer focused - forward facing first point of contact

**The Person**:

- RSA with previous bar experience
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and great communication
- Can do attitude and enthusiasm for outstanding service
- Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards
