**About the Role**

We are looking to grow our team of property professionals across the business and have an opportunity for a Specialist Residential Valuer in the Family Law and non-mortgage space. Acumentis would love to welcome Senior Valuers who hold current Certified Practicing Valuer or Residential Property Valuer qualifications to our team. Expansion within the business has allowed for the opportunity to bring on an experienced Valuer that will work within our Family Law and non-mortgage space and become a valued member of the Brisbane team.

We can provide you growing volumes and a diverse client base. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running. Where and when you will be working is up to you - we would like to meet you in the middle and find what works

**About You**

You’ll be a great fit for us if:

- You hold relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (CPV) and API membership (This is a non-negotiable due to the property valuation industry’s governing body)
- You have 5 years’ experience working as a Valuer

- You have extensive working knowledge of the residential property market
- You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
