Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative and bookkeeping role (preferably in construction or a related industry).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills - personable, professional, and articulate. High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on commitments.
- A true team player who can balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and general administrative tools.
