WESTERN IMAGING GROUP, a busy fully comprehensive Radiology Practice based in Blacktown, has a full-time Medical Receptionist position available.

The successful applicant will have previous Medical Receptionist experience (preferably in Radiology), as well as excellent customer service skills. Experience with patient/customer service and an eye for detail is essential for this role as is the ability to communicate, and assist patients as required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

The position is suited to a friendly, outgoing person who is able to join our team of committed, dedicated service orientated staff, and to work as part of a team as well as on their own, with mínimal supervision, when needed.

This important position within our Company is diverse and challenging.

Duties include: front reception, customer service point of contact, phone bookings, general office duties and medicare and DVA invoicing.

We are looking for someone who is keen, reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Specialised training and support will be provided to learn our RIS.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
