**Who We Are Looking For?**

We are looking for experienced primary school tutors/teachers who genuinely care about making a difference to the students they teach. They will passionately share our vision as well as our core values of integrity, energy, getting results & making it happen, curiosity, and passion for learning.

We are seeking tutors with experience in either teaching and/or tutoring. They must have a proven track record of delivering improvement in student results, high re-enrolment rates across their students, and able to deliver fun, engaging lessons.

However, specialist knowledge & experience for Selective Schools Entrance Exam and/or OC Exam is highly desired. If you have explained and broken down questions for Selective and/OC mock-up tests, this is a much-sought after. Applicants who also have a strong English/Writing teaching background are strongly encouraged to apply.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Helping students improve academically and reflecting results through their exams
- Ensuring students gain eventual entry into top tier Selective public schools as well as earn scholarships for top tier private schools
- Mentoring students that inspire (not force) them to be at their best and increasing their self-esteem and self-worth
- Maintain a high re-enrolment rate across your students
- Use your strong rapport building skills to develop and maintain a strong relationship with parents
- Keeping an accurate record of your students’ progress and goals on a weekly basis
- Provide verbal and written feedback to parents through our weekly and termly reports
- Being available to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach

**Your Requirements**
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in tutoring primary school kids or in primary school teaching in Australia
- Should you be an current/ex teacher at a top-tier primary/high school and be chosen for our role, you will be automatically be remunerated at our top tier rate as a minimum
- Have experience and knowledge in tutoring Selective Schools & Scholarships Entrance, and Opportunity Class Tests. This is not mandatory but incredibly desirable
- Have experience in teaching primary level English & Writing is also well-sought after
- You have a track record of delivering improvement in student results, high re-enrolment rates across their students, and able to deliver fun, engaging lessons
- You share our vision that every Australian student should have access the best education that allows them to reach their potential both academically and in life skills
