HomeCaring is currently seeking multiple female support workers to assist our pleasant 63-year-old female client.

We’re looking for mature-minded women who enjoy meaningful conversations and take pride in maintaining a clean and organised environment. If you have a keen eye for detail—especially when it comes to cleaning—this role could be a great fit for you
- **All shifts will Be fixed & allocated on a shift line.**_

**Shifts Available**
- 7am
- 3pm
- 3pm
- 7am (inactive Sleepover)
- *Shift times may vary a little_

**OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED SUPPORT WITH**:

- Activities of daily living.
- Assistance with Self care
- Community & social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

**HOMECARING REQUIRE OUR SUPPORT WORKERS TO HAVE**:

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive & long-lasting relationship
- Conversational communication skills & flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion & resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Excellent documentation skills
- A Qualification in Disability support or related field

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- Australian Drivers License (required)
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance (required)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
