The role we have up for grabs is for Trainee Service Advisor. Your main aim is to provide an exciting & well organised dealership servicing experience.

Our client is renowned for professional on-boarding, the delivery of automotive excellence and unsurpassed customer service.

Your day-day in the role typically look like:

- Providing a high level of customer service to guests over the phone and eventually helping out face to face once you have progressed in the role.
- Providing guests options for servicing their vehicles
- Booking in guests for appointments with the Service department to have work carried out of their vehicles
- Selling the benefits of the Dealership, Genuine Service, Parts and Accessories
- Assist with the dealerships and manufactures customer service survey's

**Who are you?**
- Experience in dealing with customers over the phone or face to face (customer service style of role)
- Have a passion for growing your skill set and helping people
- Are professionally presented
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Enjoy solving challenges
- Are positive with a can-do attitude
