**The Role**
We are seeking for E-Commerce Specialist to be part of our management team with dual reporting lines within Australia and Hamilton headquarters in Switzerland. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the development of the Hamilton brand at strategic and operational levels for Australia and New Zealand. This challenging and exciting opportunity involves business planning, achieving sales targets, E-commerce and “bricks & mortar” wholesale distribution development, financial management, marketing and inventory control.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for introducing and managing Hamilton on key E-commerce platforms
- Once established, maintaining E-commerce content on all platforms, including inventory, visuals, pricing, product descriptions, and updating online content based on new collection launches and sales opportunities in line with Brand HQ expectations
- Review sales and financial performance of all E-commerce platforms
- Analyse sales and financial data to grow and drive the sales of the brand
- Establish, maintain and adjust “bricks & mortar” wholesale distribution according to brand strategy, brand criteria and brand requirements
- Visit all “bricks & mortar” wholesale POS to maximise range performance, regular replenishment and display standards
- Develop and implement annual marketing calendar in line with brand strategy and agreed budget comprising advertising, PR, display initiatives, shop-in-shop development and events
- In conjunction with Brand HQ, define the Customer Care strategy and support daily operations including the resolution of customer escalations
- Prepare and present annual sales and marketing budgets to Brand HQ
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external customers and stakeholders
**Skills and Experience**
- Sales, Marketing & E-commerce experience essential
- “Bricks & Mortar” Retail & Wholesale experience highly desirable
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Excellent organisation, project management and budget planning skills
- Excellent business and commercial acumen, numerical, financial and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention-to-detail is essential
- Excellent computer literacy
- Hands on
- Energetic, driven and enthusiastic
- Self-motivated, resilient and success-focused
