**About the Role**:
The Head of Department FTD/Business leads the following priorities within their portfolio of responsibilities:

- Implementation of the FTD and Business Curriculum Years 7-12 through quality pedagogy and teaching and learning practices
- Professionally support teachers, especially early career teachers, and contribute to positive staff wellbeing
- Oversight of all QCAA requirements for FTD and Business
- Oversight of all VET requirements for FTD and Business
- Manage the Trade Training Centre for Hospitality
- Manage events in the Trade Training Centre Restaurant including outside of school hours
- Contribute to the academic learning culture and implement programs and processes that support quality learning outcomes for all students
