- **Grana** - Our Italian restaurant, serving fresh, high-quality produce with simple, delicious drinks and warm hospitality, from lunch until late.
- **Lana** - A one-hatted dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Wong, blending European and Asian flavours with modern elegance.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Demi/CDP** to join our kitchen team, working across the **Larder and Grill sections**. You’ll help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes, from precise cold prep to confident grill work. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work with a passionate team, and be part of a kitchen focused on excellence.
