- The opportunity
- Our members services team assess the members needs, provide tailored recommendations, and confirm installation bookings to ensure seamless integration before you even step foot on site
- As a Security System Installation Technician at RAC, you'll be an integral part of our installation team, responsible for bringing our state-of-the-art security solutions to life. Your primary focus will be attending pre quoted residential sites installing, configuring and maintaining a wide range of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, CCTV, monitoring equipment and more.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure security systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.-
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations and post-installation maintenance.-
- Collaborate with customers to educate them on system functionality and operation.-
- Work closely with the team to coordinate installations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.-
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology trends and advancements.Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in security system installation and maintenance.-
- Strong technical proficiency in working with various security system components.-
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.-
- C Class drivers licence-
