We’re currently seeking a **Logistics Specialist** to support our ANZ operations and ensure seamless transportation and delivery across domestic and international borders.

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our global supply chain, coordinating freight movement, preparing quotations, and resolving transportation issues. You’ll serve as the primary contact for both internal and external Customers, ensuring that shipments are handled efficiently and professionally. A

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide transportation quotations (air, ocean, truck) for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor shipping performance and maintain delivery reports for revenue recognition.
- Prepare and administer quarterly carrier reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot transportation issues and manage documentation for returns and vendor shipments.
- Maintain SOPs and standard work processes within the department.
- Support logistics management in evaluating transportation suppliers.

**What You Will Bring**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 5-7 years in logistics or transportation coordination.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT knowledge
- Familiarity with incoterms and cost-effective freight solutions
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
