This ASX listed FMCG Group are looking to hire a new Internal Audit Manager. Focused on delivering on the Safety and Wellbeing national plan you will have the opportunity to manage 2 staff based in QLD and VIC respectively. Provided with a fully maintained vehicle you will travel domestically only once every 2 months with an otherwise flexible working model working from home or the office. An operational and risk focused role they are looking for someone who has trained in a Big 4 firm with experience across health & safety, environmental or human services. You will be able to make an impact by taking ownership of this role and work across a range of household name brands.

**Day to Day Duties**:

- Conduct national operational audits.
- Uphold the standards and key deliverables for the national audit plan.
- Assess operational controls, identify risk and offer solutions.
- Manage 2 staff members in the execution of said audits.
- Deliver reviews and findings of high quality and on time.
- Take ownership of the audit schedule to deliver optimum results.

**Experience Required**:

- Big 4 trained.
- Audit experience across environmental, health & safety or human services.
- Proven operational risk based audits experience.
- Ability to travel domestically.
- People leadership.
- FMCG or hospitality experience highly desirable.
