**KOTZUR** is growing. We are a progressive engineering/fabrication business with employees based in Toowoomba QLD, and Walla Walla NSW.

We are a specialist manufacturer of mechanical handling equipment for the agricultural, industrial and mineral resource industries.

We are seeking a **Trades Assistant**to join our team at our new **Charlton, Toowoomba**manufacturing plant.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Helping all teams site wide - boilermaking, fabricating, assembly, silo build, stores, despatch, yard
- Using tools (or learning how to)
- Working safely and efficiently - solo or in a team
- Taking pride in every job and following the lead of your leading hand
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience or exposure to manufacturing, production, mechanical or warehousing
- Current Vehicle and Forklift licence and experience in operating a forklift
- A can do, positive, and cooperative attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work safely and responsibly and report hazards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

You must be an **Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident**, or have **permanent full work rights in Australia.**
