Residential Cleaner

We are looking for contractor cleaners to join are team to perform residatail cleans across Melbourne Northern suburbs. Cleans will be mainly Brunswick, preston, Coburb, Northcote, Essendon and Pascoe vale.

**Whats the job?**

You will be servicing our general and end of lease cleaning clients along with some airbnb cleans, Each clean at each location will take around 2-4 hours. You will need a car as you will be completing multiple cleans per day. You also have the flexibility to choose your own hours week to week and have the flexibility to work elsewhere.

You will receive a fix rate for each clean with a min 2 hour call out for each clean.

We have seen a huge amount of growth in the past 12months, as we grow further you also have the opportunity to progress into becoming a licensee to run your own Biz.

We have options to supply materials at a lower rate or you can supply your own at a higher rate.

**What we need from you**
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own ABN and public liability insurance which can be obtained after training
- Provide police check before starting
- Great communication and clear verbal skills is a must, this is important as you will communicating with clients onsite.
- Own transport/Car (You will be traveling to 3 to 4 different locations per day to service your clients, public transport or ebikes will not work.

This is casual contractor position via abn, pay cycles are within 3 days of each clean, hours will range from 8 to 15 per week in the beginning, with the opportunity to progress into full time hours.
