What does the job look like?
- Lead and mentor a team of drivers to ensure operational excellence and high performance.
- Manage daily transport operations, including fleet utilisation, load planning, and dispatch coordination.
- Ensure compliance with fatigue management, COR, and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in scheduling and route optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.

Are you the one?
- Experience in transport supervision, fleet management, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Brisbane metro transport operations and scheduling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong computer proficiency (Excel, transport management systems).
