Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono. We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience. Motto Motto is a new standard in fast-casual dining, it’s the Japanese kitchen reimagined.

**Motto Motto Newmarket is** looking for **Waitstaff / Kitchen Hand/Shift Runner**to join the team.

A Motto Motto FOH Team Member is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality, service and cleanliness (QSC) standards during specific trading periods by effectively and efficiently leading a team on shift in our restaurants.

They get the best out of our Team Members and look after our customers. The Team Member role is the most important role in our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in hospitality environment is essential for this role
- Simple Japanese speaking ability is beneficial but not necessary.
- Front of house customer service and sales.
- Ability to run the kitchen based on procedures.
- Inventory management - stock arrangements
- Be able to identify problems and solve/report problems in a timely fashion.
- Responsible/Reliable/On Time/Pay attention to details/Smile & Friendly with everyone & Follow our high standards

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: start from $30.35 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
