Warehouse Supervisor

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our picking and inwards goods team at our Brisbane warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, accurate stock management, and a safe, productive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the picking and inwards goods teams, ensuring daily KPIs are met
- Managestock allocation and inventory movementwithin the warehouse
- Conduct regular stock cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist with incoming goods processing and ensure efficient storage
- Work in with other departments to meet operational deadlines
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives

**About You**
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good communication and people leadership skills
- Obsessive with cleanliness (Yep, OCD is preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hendra QLD 4011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehousing: 3 years (required)
