You will be working at our physical store and taking care of someone who loves our products just like you do.

**You will be working under a Sales-Target oriented situation, plus a scoring record scale to identify your performance.**
- The sales-target is a reasonable number based on our past sales history and statistics, also your shift time and work experiences will be considered as well.
- By reaching the sales-target will bring you a basic monthly bonus plus a percentage of your sales contribution. Losing the sales-target will be recorded as a number to the scale in order to present an outcome regarding your performance monthly.
- Casual staff will not get a further percentage of the sales contribution.

**Job task**:
**Serve customers by helping them select products**
- Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner
- Responding to customers’ questions
- Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters
- Driving sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest

**Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise**
- Recording inventory by creating or updating products profile records
- Keeping the stock updated in the system
- Alert management of potential security and stocking issues

**Maintain store display and stocks, and keep the store clean**

**Processing online orders and responding to enquiries from online customers**

**Manage financial transactions**
- Processing payments by totalling purchases, processing cash, credit and debit cards or other payment methods

You need to be a quick learner, and be familiar with the products, including product code/name, function, materials, feature, how to make, the location of the spare stock in the store, vendor information, etc.

You also need to be familiar with the system and keep the store clean and tidy.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
