Childcare Traineeship

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Childcare Trainee to learn, grow, and contribute to our warm and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist qualified educators in delivering high-quality care and educational experiences for children.
- Support children in developing their sense of agency and autonomy.
- Help with daily activities, including play, learning, meals, and rest.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) for Victoria.
- A desire to pursue a career in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to undertake a traineeship and complete formal qualifications in early childhood education.

Pay: $15.50 - $24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
