We are a famous franchise restaurant with 9 branches across Australia.

We are looking for professional and highly skilled Restaurant Staff who have experience working in premium venues.

Ongoing training and development as well as a career within the company. This is an opportunity to work with a highly qualified professional and passionate team.

1. Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables

2. Taking reservations and confirming them

3. Providing menus and taking orders

4. Serving food and drinks

5. Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

6. Handling customer complaints and concerns

7. Ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable

*Ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, from the personalised service you provide to the incomparable product you serve.

*Working closely with the management, kitchen, you will be trained on our extensive menus and expected to understand and use your knowledge

**Job Requirement**:
1. Well-presented, friendly and organised

2. Adaptable to a fast paced environment

3. Able to deliver a high level of customer service

4. A great team player

5. Maintaining a clean work environment

6. Available to work minimum 5 days/week

7. Can speak Mandarin is preferred

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $35.19 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Front House staff: 1 year (preferred)
