**About the Role**

**Reporting to the Head of IT - Infrastructure and Operations, this role is responsible for but not limited to;**
- Monitor cross functional team delivery and deadlines
- Manage blockers to progress initiatives
- Collaborate with the service owner/manager to plan how to deliver initiatives
- Manage a team of one (Scrum Master), provide direction ensuring the team works in an agile way and that the commonly used Agile ceremonies are booked, organised and happen (these include daily stand-up, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning)
- Own the Major incident management process, be the central point of contact and coordination for major incidents
- Deliver IT Service Operations reporting, defining and refining metrics (Service Level and Operational Level)
- Drive continuous improvement

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Proven experience in delivering projects (end to end)
- Strong stakeholder management & engagement
- Facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in IT delivery leadership with a view to enable continuous improvement across functional teams
- Demonstrated ITSM implementation experience (based on ITIL)
