**About the role**:

- There is **50 hours across the fortnight** available, below is the roster:Week One: Tuesday 3-9pm + on-call sleepover overnight, Friday 7-3pm, Saturday 7-3pm and Sunday 7-3pm

Week Two: Friday 7-3pm, Saturday 7-3pm and Sunday 7-3pm
- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties

**You will**:

- Have a certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent (required)
- Have a current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Have a current Police Check clearance (desired)
- Be a passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Be a trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
- Be a reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
- Have experience in retirement living or home and community care
- Aveo are formally requesting that all employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect our colleagues and the residents in our communities who are among the most vulnerable. New employees joining the business will need to be comfortable with this requirement prior to joining Aveo._
