Finance Controller

Key responsibilities will include overseeing daily accounting functions, managing budgets, and implementing best practices for financial management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential, as you will drive improvements and mentor the accounting team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Financial Controller will carry out a range of responsibilities to support the company's accounting operations.

Duties will include:

- Weekly reporting - P&L, forecast
- Monthly activities - closing off financials, P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, sales reporting, intercompany transactions
- Quarterly reporting
- Annual budgeting - Capex, Opex
- Processing payroll weekly
- Liising with tax team - BAS, PAYG, FBT, transfer pricing
- Transformation - transitioning to MYOB
- Management and cost reporting

Role is paying upto $95k plus super pro rata
