**About our Opportunity**

Our Stegbar Kotara showroom and sales office has an opportunity for an energetic and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team, a team that has seen continued growth over the past three years. This role will work along side our Newcastle Sales Rep and the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to the success of the showroom and directly impacting our brand promise and our customer experience.

You will be the first point of contact for any retail and trade customers visiting the showroom requiring your expert advice and service in relation to our window products. You will help design retail customers mini renovation projects providing an exceptional level of service to our customers within the home renovation market and new-build market.

Responsibilities include:

- plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations
- servicing customer quote and order enquiries
- updating leads progress in our CRM Salesforce
- related sales administration

We will provide you with on-the-job training and you will also benefit from the support of your experienced colleagues. This role offers a pathway into Sales Representative roles for those wishing to further progress their sales career.

**About You**

Ideally you will have worked in a consultative selling environment and leveraging your customer service experience, enjoy interacting with customers to understand their needs and present solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships with the team and customers. You will be a well organised headstrong team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

You will have:

- exposure to building industry, advantageous
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system Salesforce
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
- professional and manage self well in a busy showroom environment
- desire and ability to develop technical product, industry and standards knowledge
