Site Supervisor

We are a well-established commercial cleaning company, specialising in retail and office cleaning with over 150 sites.

We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic **Site Supervisor - Mirrabooka ( Parental Leave Cover for 6 months )** to oversee and manage the day to day operation in one of Perth's Shopping Centre.

**About the role**

As the Site Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing & supervising the daily cleaning routines, maintaining high levels of quality control, training and coaching of employees, whilst managing work flow & client expectations.

In this role, you will be expected to meet KPIs, conduct site inspections and audits, adhere to and uphold all OH&S requirements.

**Skills and experience**

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year of management and or supervisory experience, with a friendly attitude and an eye for detail.

You will be able to work with a range of ethnic individuals from diverse community groups and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, coupled with strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an ability to work efficiently and effectively independently without daily supervision.

You will need to have a current driver's license and national police clearance and **must have Unlimited Work Rights**.

**Job Type**: Fixed term

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
