About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

About You
- Experience in leading professional learning teams using data to inform teaching and learning.
- A strong knowledge of the science of reading and evidence-based practices and strategies suitable for teaching Prep to Year Six students.
- A strong knowledge of how to differentiate to support diverse learners and be a skilled and experienced teacher with recent/relevant classroom experience.
- Experience designing and implementing structured literacy Prep - Year Six
- Experience in working with teaching teams and individual teachers within classrooms, as well as delivering staff professional learning sessions aligned to DoE CARF requirements and the Australian Curriculum
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated leadership of transferable high yield instructional routines.
- Experience working in settings with students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds would also be advantageous.
