This position develops and executes content that aim at 1) creating the right solutions and offering to customers to support a positive customer experience with our products 2) provides sales support for the GCI Sales Team and dealers; 3) supports go to market commercial strategies; and 4) ensures NPI marketing readiness is achieved.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting all the Go To Market Strategy initiatives for the EXD Portfolio in ANZP region - ensure alignment with training and segmented marketing work streams
- Developing, writing and delivering core content and materials for HEX, with a focus on technical specifications documents
- Working collaboratively with GCI Global and Regional Product Application Specialists and HEX engineering teams to ensure accurate and consistent marketing communication

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business
- 5-7+ years marketing or technical document creation experience
- Strong analytical skills to drive decision making recommendations with facts and data
- Experience creating training material, write commercial programs and plans to support sales execution
- Ability to work independently - to implement, execute, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, planning and communication skills

**Desired Qualifications**
- Cat field or dealer experience
- This is a permanent full-time position_
