About role
The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of administration functions that support the daily operations of Court Support Services at Heidelberg Magistrates' Court. Tasks include reception, database entry and referral management. The role involves regularly liaising with internal and external key stakeholders, requiring sound communication and planning skills.
About you
Highly developed computer skills with programs including Excel, Office 360 and Remote platforms (Zoom, Teams) required.
