Light Years Café located in Hawthorn East, is searching for an experienced barista.

Successful applicants will have the ability to work efficiently and cheerfully under pressure, demonstrate a passion for the industry, and have significant experience in a similar position.

The successful applicant for the BARISTA role should have the following attributes:

- Worked in high volume specialty café as a barista for at least 1 year.
- Have a thorough understanding of coffee origins, brew methods and service.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adjust.
- Work well in a team.
- Hold high standards in the integrity and presentation of their work.
- Ability to foster customer loyalty and rapport.
- Well-presented, hard working, reliable and punctual.

Both casual and part time position will be considered.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
