We are seeking reliable temporaries to work for our valued clients in all aspects of administration. Some of our roles go for months and oithers are weeks. Our temporaries are an extension of the SMS Professional family, a family we are looking to grow and nurture.

Roles Include but are not limited to:

- Customer service
- Administration
- Call centre
- Reception
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Bookkeepers
- Assistant accountants
- PA’s
- Data entry

Here are the skills and attributes we look for:

- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience in any of the above roles
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge in Microsoft products
- Ability to stand on your own two feet
- Previous experience on CRM’s

Some of these roles are short, some are longer and some you are required at short notice. We do have one role in particular who will look at a school leaver. If you are looking to expand your experience and industry knowledge, we would love to speak with you
