We are looking for an outgoing and driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a friendly and highly competitive environment. Based in Picton NSW, the role forms part of Intrim’s front-line sales team, pursuing short-term sales results and nurturing longer-term client relationships to steadily grow sales from allocated projects and opportunities.

**What you will do for us**:

- Qualify leads for quotations.
- Make nice with the Customer Care Team to undertake estimating.
- Follow-up customers and smash your KPIs.
- Make sure samples get sent to the right people.
- Understudy for our BDMs, ready to take the stage for commercial and residential sectors when needed.

- Read and write English real good.

- Be a serious player in a highly-competitive environment (in both sales and bad jokes).

- Set cruise control on your typing to 60wpm or higher.
