**Your opportunity**

As a Casual Concierge Attendant at **Westfield Plenty Valley **your focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres. You will also work and interact with multiple stakeholders from Scentre Group’s Centre Management and wider Asset Team, supporting the growth and development of the centre and its retail partners.

- Exuding positive energy, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment

**Your checklist
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for this role.
