**How will I help?**

Our Business Banking Service Managers play a key role in building, establishing, and deepening relationships with our customers, referral partners and local communities. You will connect with customers through personalising service, building trust, and understanding their overall goals.

In this role you will work with our customers to structure lending deals and deliver high quality credit submissions, but also support them with new or alternate banking needs arising from servicing requests. You will work flexibly, proactively and in a timely manner to deliver superior servicing for our customer’s needs.

**What do I need?**

You’ll ideally have experience in business lending, and knowledge of banking products and services. As well as strong credit knowledge, you will be a people person who delivers engaging and positive customer interactions. With a track record for delivering results, you will work collaboratively to go above and beyond expectations.

Strong business acumen, attention to detail and solid organisational skills are a must - but most importantly your desire to learn and drive to help our customers.
