Our Client is a large, well known and reputable Not-For-Profit organisation in the Healthcare sector. Located on the Upper North Shore, this role joins their busy technology department of 40 staff who have the exciting responsibility of maintaining the stable operation of a bustling technology environment and to deliver quality services to the organisation.

As part of the support team, this role is responsible for fielding inbound support calls, taking and documenting support requirements and providing basic troubleshooting and support as needed.

The focus of the position is to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and escalated as necessary and whilst you will need to be 'tech savvy' with good MS Office skills and some general systems knowledge, routine support processes are documented and training is provided.

This is a temporary position to start ASAP with anticipated assignment length of 6 months to cover a staff secondment. To be considered, you will have prior office based customer service experience and/or have worked in a tech support or Help Desk role previously. Any prior exposure to the healthcare sector will be highly regarded.

Hours are 72 hours per fortnight (start and finish times can be flexible between Monday to Friday) and a guide on hourly rate is $35ph + Super.
