**The Role**

At SBS Audio and Language Content (ALC), we’re expanding our horizons and platforms mix. If you have a passion for radio, but you are also comfortable working online, we’d like to hear from you.

With a sound understanding of the Cantonese speaking community in Australia and its cultural sensitivities, as a Producer you will have a keen interest in news and a current affairs. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this role is to present and line-up talent for live and recorded interviews, produce and present current affairs, develop and deliver multimedia content, and over-all contribute to fostering audience engagement on air and online.

**About you**
- The ability to research, write, produce, translate and present audio content (including news, current affairs and community stories) on air and/or online platforms.
- Proficiency in Cantonese as well as English. Also, you will be comfortable participating in a language assessment task as part of our interview process.
- Demonstrated professional experience using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram would be an advantage.
