We are seeking dedicated and experienced **Disability Support Workers** to provide high-quality support for clients with **complex behaviours** and **Restrictive Practices**. This role includes **sleepover shifts**, **active awake shifts, community participation support, in home support.**

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients and their support networks.
- Provide **personal care** and assist with **light domestic duties**.
- Support participant while out in the community.
- Deliver support in line with **participant plans**, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Maintain **accurate records and documentation** in accordance with organisational requirements.

**About You**
- **Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field**.
- Proven experience in **Behaviour Support**, including **Restrictive Practices**.
- A **calm, confident, and professional** approach when supporting clients with complex behaviours.
- Strong ability to build rapport with both clients and stakeholders.
- A **positive attitude**, strong **work ethic**, and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- **Reliable transport** to travel between shifts.
- **Current National Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (mandatory)**.
