Production Clerk

We are searching for an administration guru who is highly organised to join our team as a Production Clerk at our Geelong facility. Previous ERP experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.

**Snapshot of the role**:

- Responsible for processing manufacturing jobs within ERP system including
- o Creation of work orders
- o Creation of production reports
- o Completion of stock transactions
- Co-ordinate finished goods dispatch, inter-site and outgoing freight including liaising with transport suppliers to ensure service and delivery standards.
- Coordinate Inventory management of factory consumables and manufacturing WIP, includes some hands-on work
- Provide customer communication on delivery timing
- All other duties and responsibilities as appropriate

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- High level of computer literacy including experience using the Microsoft suite (excel, word, powerpoint)
- Strong work ethic, high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Working experience of ERP systems
