We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Insights Manager who will be primarily responsible for providing the Tip Top business with brand research, predictive analytics and modelling based insights for shopper as well as marketing communications.
Purpose of the Role
- Oversee the brand tracker, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, accurate and timely Tableau reports. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance brand performance.
- Support marketing mix analysis - Preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information from our marketing mix analysis and other econometric modelling to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing tactic.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and execute research projects, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Conduct, with support, shopper custom research studies.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable recommendations. Present insights to stakeholders across different departments, including Marketing and Category.
- Coordinating with Head of Insights to advise on appropriate market research
- Having curiosity about what makes the bakery consumer tick

About You
This is a fast paced and dynamic role where you will need to work autonomously but also engage as an enthusiastic team member.
- A passion for understanding consumer behaviour and improving customer experiences
- A proactive and curious approach to dig deeper on analytical questions
- Strong communicator with great stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exposure to Tableau preferred
- If you don't know Tableau, experience with data mapping and management
