**About the Role**
- Located at the Brook Café within our Greenway Views village in Tuggeranong
- Full-time day shifts 8am to 4pm (one 4.30pm finish) - Wednesday to Sunday roster

**Selection Criteria**
- At least 2 years hands-on cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen, café, club or restaurant
- Experience preparing breakfast menus, fried items, burgers and basic pastas
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Works well under pressure
- Desire to grow within the Hospitality Team
- Knowledge of foodborne illnesses and prevention, sanitization methods and kitchen chemicals
- Knowledge of chemical storage procedures and safety requirements
- Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)

This role would suit an experienced Kitchen Hand who is confident cooking a simple menu and is looking to take on more responsibility.
