CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: WORKSHOP FACILITATOR
- Facilitate joyful, process-based workshops for children and adults
- Take full ownership of your classes, including managing and growing your own customer base
- Assist with planning, preparation, and setup of materials and supplies
- Lead class flow and maintain an engaging, safe, and supportive environment
- Use our CRM to manage customer profiles, track engagement, follow up on leads, and communicate with families
- Convert free trials into memberships and drive class attendance through exceptional experience delivery
- Track and achieve KPIs related to class size, trial conversion, retail sales, and customer engagement
- Use CRM system to strengthen relationships with students and their families
- Respond to customer needs, handle requests and feedback, and follow up promptly with accurate notes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio space throughout each class
- Support the studio with retail sales, bookings, and administrative tasks when required
