We’re looking for a proactive and skilled **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Coordinator**to join our HR team. This is a dynamic in-house recruitment role that combines high-volume hiring activity with strategic talent planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proactively **source and engage top talent**, including hard-to-find niche skillsets, using a variety of sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
- Support the design and execution of **workforce capability planning**, including data-driven **skills gap analysis** for future hiring needs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment.
- A keen willingness to be part of the broader HR team.
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are advantageous.
